What delivery options do I have?

We offer you delivery to you home address, Standard Home Delivery.​


Standard Home Delivery:​

CHF/EUR 7.95/Free for orders over 100CHF/EUR

We will deliver your purchase within 3-4 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery is free for orders over 100 CHF/EUR. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.​

Delivery to an alternative address​

Select Standard Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.​


How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.​


Where does LoveSophia deliver?

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an complete address.​

Certain items have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations. 

Online shopping outside the region of residence

If you would like to order from Love Sophia while you are abroad, visit, and select the region based on your location, then provide a local delivery address in that location upon checkout.​

Undeliverable parcels

If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Love Sophia.


Returns and a full refund

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied, and with our focus on sustainability the return cost is for the customer. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 10-14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.


Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our partner stores.​



  1. Re-using the original packaging and tape the parcel securely
  2. Return the parcel through your preferred option.  Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage. ​​
  3. You can expect to receive a refund within 10-14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.


We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached.

 Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you included with the extra shipping cost.

The returns are paid by the customer, but we ask that you keep them to a minimum so that we together can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary freights.


Return online form

We have a easy online return system which means no extra waste on paper.

  1. Go to the website and go to Return form
  2. Online you fill in your emailadress or telephone number together with your order number.
  3. Select which item you would like to return 
  4. Select the reason of the return 
  5. Add always trackingcode that we can link the parcel with the customer. Until the parcel is not received by Love Sophia, it's the responsibility of the sender.
  6. Return parcel, please note returning item(s) are paid by the customer

Payment methods

You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.​

  • American Express
  • Credit card /debit card
  • iDeal

You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or payment card (with a VISA and Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be debited on your credit/payment card. LoveSophia reserves the right to check the validity of the credit/payment card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.​
