Why do you need to be ready?
A few weeks ago I had a spontaneous POP UP event @ Pilates Boutique in Basel.
The owner, Girl Boss Sara, came up with the idea of a pop up event after telling her I have my own clothing brand and if I could leave my flyers here.
After one of her great classes, we discussed the idea in detail and agreed on starting the next day for one week.
The first question Sara asked me was, are you ready? Do you have the clothes, set up, how are you going to present it etc.
Yes, I am ready! I had a direct idea popping up in my head about how to present the collection.

Sara knows as a business entrepreneur herself what hard work it takes to present the product on what you would like to show. Even more to continue and develop it further.

The support of small businesses
What is shown today in our economic situation shows how important it is to support small businesses
Getting even more dependent on the big companies as we are now, I have a feeling it will conflict with creativity, independence and freedom.
With a small business you can be personal with most of the people you encounter yourself with. And personal contact becomes even more important these days.

It gave me such a great experience & energy getting to know all the beautiful women who also join the pilates boutique classes and get them to know Love Sophia.
I did not know what to expect and it turned out, it was very warm & welcoming. I even made a few women into Love Sophia's customers!
Wow what a great feeling that still is!

The point of the title: Why do you need to be ready?
If I did not have ready a good size range of clothing, mannequin, marketing material, on the go rack to be able to present the clothing etc
The pop up, maybe be a few days instead of a week or even it wouldn't have never happened.. ! Means Love Sophia was not shown as a brand with the beautiful products.
Be ready means that you, as a start up business or new promotion for a job etc, you need to be ready for the moment and grab it.
Be open, flexible, organize the stuff and GO!

You never know when that moment will come but I do know this, you & I do not want to miss the opportunity!
